Allegro is de vlaggenschipblend van de Torrefazione in Corso Buenos Aires 20 in Milaan,
die al decennialang aan de bar wordt geserveerd en die van tijd tot tijd de
verse en zoete aroma’s van single-origin Arabica vrijgeeft, gecombineerd met de body en intensiteit
van Robusta. In de smaak proef je direct een delicate aciditeit, met tonen van citrus,
die al snel plaatsmaakt voor de zoetheid van rood fruit en hazelnoten,
in balans gebracht door een aangename bitterheid, met daarin een hint van cacao.
Allegro is geschikt voor jou als je op zoek bent naar een intens aromatische, romige en
